The neighborhood watch program is composed of street block captains with primary responsibilities of:

• Maintaining contact list of neighbors
• Keeping neighbors informed of community events
• Tracking crime in the community
• Coordinating daily patrols
• Providing out-of-town “lookout”
• Serving as a liaison with local law enforcement
• Alerting neighbors of updates/changes
